    About our process

Dr. Fujimoto exercised such care with an otherwise routine visit. Took genuine interest in how me and my family were doing and raised questions/considerations for us to think about as we navigated our next steps.

Staff was great and made the process smooth and easy.

The provider did not provide me with any follow up instructions the nurses did. The nurses did an amazing job!

Dr. Fujimoto is excellent! I am very lucky to have him as my doctor. He knows exactly what he is doing and I feel super comfortable in his care. I trust him and his skills.

All care providers I interacted with were stellar - so thorough in explaining risks checking in on side-effects showing genuine concern answering my questions with sensitivity but accuracy taking into account Ny unique concerns and condition (eg a nerve condition a desire for future surrogacy a desire to wait until the last minute to get the IV placed during retrieval).

Our first embryo did not thaw properly and was discarded. The care team did not give us much information other than that. They thrust a photo of the second embryo into our hands said It was beautiful (great!) But we didn't feel that we had any time to process or discuss the loss of the first embryo. We felt rushed.

I've never really met or talked to my "doctor". I might as well be interacting with a chatbot.

Dr. Fujimoto was very patient very good at listening to my concerns and answered my questions accordingly. I'd love to hear a bit more in-depth analysis of the pros and cons and why he thinks some research has not proven to be effective and ultimately more individualized analysis. For example whether different protocols could impact euploidy rate. His answer is no. But there seems to be debate in the academia and among practices. I would love to know more about why he thinks the answer is no.

The overall procedure and care was exceptional.

Dr. Fujimoto is excellent! My only complaint is I often hear back from the fellows which do not have his degree of experience or care.

Dr. Fujimoto was very informative. He asked me if I wanted to see my procedure which I also appreciate because I was a nervous wrecked. He made me feel comfortable. He was letting me know every step he was doing. He is also listened and answered all my questions and concern. He is a great doctor!

We love Dr. Fujimoto. He takes the time to listen to our questions and he also takes the time to fully answer and explain everything to us.

Our intended embryo failed the thaw process the two remaining embryos had the same quality we weren't consulted on which we preferred UCSF chose for us I was informed minutes before the transfer when I'm drugged up on Valium laying on the bed too late to make any other decisions they should have asked either ahead of time or when the embryologist saw the 1st one failed they could have at least called us rather than making the decision for us!!!!!

There isn't much concern the care provider is not sure why I didn't get pregnant. Everything went well he said. I understand that infertility Is often times unexplained. There isn't much effort it's purely patient's own decision. Proposed treatment isn't much convincing that makes me feel confident.

Would highly recommend this care provider for his technical skill.

He was somewhat standoffish and didn't seem particularly interested in engaging with me. The nurses and anesthesiologist were fantastic however!

I had to specifically request Dr Fujimoto to speak to me each time. He seemed uninterested in my condition or questions. I didn't feel like I could trust my health in his care and did not have a good experience with understanding what actually happened during the procedure. I hated his blase attitude about my concerns and questions and condition.

I only talked to the provider briefly; most of my communications were with the nurses who were excellent.
