Talia Borgo

Talia Borgo is a certified nurse-midwife and women's health nurse practitioner who cares for women throughout the pregnancy process, during labor and postpartum. She specializes in holistic midwifery, helping her patients affirm the power and wisdom they naturally have in their bodies. She also has a particular interest in the issue of racial equity in health care.

Borgo's research focuses on the intersection of technology and contraceptive decision making.

After earning a bachelor's degree in kinesiology at California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly), Borgo earned a bachelor's degree in nursing at Columbia University. She earned her master's degree in midwifery from UCSF School of Nursing.

In her free time, Borgo supports environmental causes and practices meditation and yoga.
